Health Assessment

Health assessment is a fantastic starting point for making changes. Knowing where you lie in your risk for developing conditions like diabetes, heart disease and stroke, means you are able to focus attention where it is needed most.

Health assessment blood pressure

The British Heart Foundation estimates that seven million UK citizens have undiagnosed high blood pressure, increasing the risk of heart disease or a stroke. One in 27 people who took a health check were found to have high blood pressure of which they were previously unaware.

Health assessment cholesterol screening

This health assessment is carried out using Tanita body composition scales, and a CardioChek blood analyser. The blood screening of cholesterol and glucose is done with a single sample of blood and the results are available in minutes.

Getting results then and there means I can advise you on how to maintain good results and improve ones outside of the healthy ranges in the same session and you can go away with a plan, without having to wait for results from a lab.

How long does a health assessment take?

The health screening takes around 15 minutes to get all of your results. Once we have your results I can then advise you on what they mean and how what to do next. This part of the assessment takes around 35 minutes.
