Activity: Make a weekly shopping list
Make a basic plan of meals and snacks you could have in a week, then make a shopping list so you have everything you need to make your meals. You can use this as a basis for your shopping every week.
You could also set up a favourites shopping list online with whichever supermarket you prefer with the basics you will need each week. Then your planning and shopping is already done. With a few clicks you can have a week’s shopping that you know you can make meals out of delivered to you with almost no time or effort required. If you have more time you can add or take stuff off your list and generally adjust as you wish.
